How we work:
Very easy steps
1) Let us know your specific needs, what if the use for your condo, rental, living? Your budget specifications, your decor likes, and dislikes, your color preferences.. your specific needs, lamps, art, mattress..etc..all you can share with us will help make a good start..
2) Based in all this information we do a budget of spending, and we charge a flat FEE for our work (never a percentage!) this is a huge difference from others since we always try to save you money on purchases, so we dont need to spend more for our fee to be higher.
3) When all this is approved, we ask for 80% upfront for all the purchases and 50% for our fee
4)The time frame varies from 4 to 6 weeks..once we are ready to start, we source the items, buy them, coordinate deliveries with building, paint, do all needed and surely we keep you communicated with all we are doing.. we are used to work with clients all over the world and they are almost never in site..
